You are already an ICON

Greetings, ICON!
But wait. . .how do you know I am an ICON? The dictionary says that an “icon” is: One who is the object of great attention and devotion; an idol. Am I really an “object of great affection”?
Here’s the evidence: you help people to figure out themselves so they can lead better lives. You get up in front of scores of eager learners to teach them how to get the best out of themselves. Your knowledge, experience, and expertise make you a source of knowledge AND wisdom to those lucky enough to share your path.
And for me and CPP you are indeed the object of great attention and devotion. You are an Independent Consultant who works with the MBTI, the TKI, and other personality assessments as a key part of your practice. You not only know and use the tools, you adapt them to your needs and talk to others who do the same. But beyond the sales figures and trainings, webinar attendance and phone calls, I want to know not just what makes you tick, keeps you up at night, and puts a smile on your face, but how I can help you tick better, sleep easier, and smile more often.
You are *my* idol for getting the business, setting up the engagement, delivering the training, collecting the feedback, and wowing your clients so you can come back and do it all over again.
This blog and the site that we are building with it, will be a place we can talk together, argue with each other, and make our lives fuller. There will be marketing materials for you,opportunities to find out about new products, as well as to talk to one another.
