Becoming a Myers-Briggs® Practitioner Just Got Easier

Hi everyone!

There have been some exciting enhancements made this year to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® MBTI® training programs that you should be aware of.

In order to better reflect the accomplishments of those who complete a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) training course and pass the qualifying exam, effective immediately, CPP, Inc. is changing the name of the program and its credential to “MBTI® Certification.”

Additionally, those practitioners who are currently MBTI® Certified will now be “MBTI® Master Practitioners,” and if you are currently “Educationally Qualified,” you will now be designated as “Eligible to Purchase.” The chart below provides a complete summary of these changes.

These designation changes recognize all the levels of training people have gone through and more clearly distinguish between the primary level of MBTI training – certification – and more advanced training – Master Practitioner.

The great news is that you can still do everything with the MBTI® instrument that you did before. Only your official designation will change.

If you want to know more about this program,  you can check out this article published in the January CPP Insider, or you can go to the CPP Website and read more there.

CPP will continue to provide updates and new information about Certification, the Master Practitioner Credential Program, and all the ways you can join the type world at www.CPP.com/certification.
