I sent out an email today to the ICON Community about product walk-throughs that I wanted to re-post here for those who missed it (or for those who have labeled me as “spam.”)
What are product walk-throughs?
They are informal videos that teach you ways to get more out of a report, or more effectively use a binder or assessment, and they are new in 2009. Since we have so many assessments, support tools, reports, and kits, I wasn’t sure where to start in the creation process - so I decided to ask you!
What products would you most like a walk-through or demo of?

Product Demos: A New Addition for 2009
In 2009, ICON Success will begin offering free product demos to help you use our tools more effectively. These demos will be posted monthly, and will consist of a 5-15 minute walkthrough of a binder, assessment, report, facilitator’s kit, ITT book, or anything else you use in your workshops and client sessions.
We need your Input!
Please drop us an email telling us what products or support tools you would like to see featured in our demos. We need your input to make sure our demos are as effective and helpful as possible for you.
