Cynthia Kitagawa is Co-Founder and Principal of Insight Consulting and Training and has been an independent consultant for over 5 years. She is an expert in talent development, generational differences, and teambuilding, and has worked with many organizations to create positive corporate cultures that further employee development. She successfully incorporates the MBTI® into many of her consulting and training engagements which results in high performance organizational cultures.
