Bringing More to a Client Session
posted by agammy
“Doing more with less” - how often do you hear that phrase nowadays? Whether its managers who want to maximize employee performance or employees who want to maximize their resources, everyone is looking for ways to find additional value in old tools, implement more cost-effective methods of doing business, and decrease overall costs to keep business moving.
As a consultant, “doing more with less” should be at the top of your list of things to do, but it can be more challenging to find ways to improve a one-man shop than it is to maximize a large organization. One thing you can do to add value to your services is improve the reach of your client sessions.
On that note, if you missed the last issue of ICONic Connections, I’d like to share an article I wrote about combining assessments to create new offerings. Integrating multiple resources might sound daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. Read the article to see how the TKI and MBTI can be combined to improve your client’s experience and add value to your client sessions.
And if you’d like another way to do more with less, send me your story about using two or more assessments for a feedback session (icon@cpp.com.) I will feature the best ones in the next issue of CPP ICONic Connections and give the winners a FREE Introduction to Type® booklet of their choice!
