Jack Speer - The Delta Associates
Carol Kallendorf, Ph.D., is the founder of The Delta Associates and is a top executive coach and a gifted facilitator of groups and teams. She begin her business in the early 1980’s in College Station, TX and later moved to Austin, TX in 1990 where she re-branded her business as an organizational consulting firm, and proceeded to build a national client base. During this time, she met Jack Speer, a former chamber of commerce executive. Jack Speer was an accomplished website pioneer at the time and developed several websites, which included The Delta Associates. Jack is now the President of The Delta Associates and has wide experience in consulting with organizations, both large and small.
Together, this dynamic duo has had a proven track record of building high-performance teams. They have used the MBTI®, FIRO-B®, and CPI 260® instruments with thousands of team participants and have coached clients in fields as diverse as venture capital and state government. Over the years, CPP’s assessments have helped Jack and Carol bring objectivity to the coaching process and create a platform for skill development.
