New Case Study Features the MBTI® for Teambuilding

I want to start the week out with another success story because I just received a very interesting case study from our Australian friends over at CPP AP. The study discusses how Shell Australia used the Myers-Briggs® assessment to gain insight into their strengths and address misunderstandings arising from differences of communication styles, decision making preferences and cultural background. I like this particular study because it offers specific examples of the types of problems you can address on a team using the Myers-Briggs tool, and comments from the team members using the assessment.
