Help! I’m conducting a workshop next week and have a very unique group!!! With 18 participants, I have ALL “F”s and ALL “J”s…not one T nor P. It’s nice to see that they are all well-suited for their field! Any suggestions for activities since my usual divide and conquer examples will not apply?

Hi Evelyn,
You may want to consider utilizing Step II with this group. They may have out of preference facets which would help you illuminate unique characteristics for their type. Otherwise you will need to demonstrate the other preferences with concrete examples. Depending on your audience, objectives and focus for the session, the Introduction to Type series booklets are rich with examples from which you could reference.
Best of luck!
