It’s Back. And It’s Coming to a Location Near You!
Learn how to use the MBTI® Step II™ assessment and take your leadership, coaching, and team development initiatives to a whole new level. The MBTI Step II (Form Q) tool offers a more detailed view of the 16 four-letter types by presenting 20 facets of the MBTI dichotomies, making it possible to explore personal variation within each type.
Join us for a one-day interactive workshop and learn how to ethically administer the Step II assessment, use the MBTI® Step II™ Interpretive Report, and apply Step II results to improve leadership development, coaching, and team building.
Who Should Attend:
This training program is designed for MBTI practitioners who are well grounded in Step I fundamentals and either have taken and passed a CPP-licensed MBTI® Certification Program or hold a master’s degree and have successfully completed a course in the interpretation of psychological assessments at an accredited university.
