Who We Are and What We Do

Welcome! This is your website, created and maintained by CPP for independent consultants who maximize the performance of individuals, leaders and teams. This site exists for one reason – to help you succeed! Don’t be afraid to get in touch icon@cpp.com.

The Editors:

Eugenia Wright is an ESTJ who excels in project management and event coordination.  She developed a strong interest for marketing while in college, and has been in the field ever since. Since January 2007, Eugenia has successfully managed some of CPP’s major campaign initiatives and national tradeshow events.  She is the editor of the CPP Insider and the author of the monthly Trendwatch report.  Eugenia is a proud member of the ICON Success editing and writing team and hopes to speak with many of you in the near future.

Kara Neureuther is an Associate Marketing Manager at CPP with experience in various areas of marketing. She is an ENTP and manages the ICON Success website and newsletter. Kara works on various CPP product campaigns, webinars, and social media efforts on the Facebook fan page and Twitter accounts. She is certified in the MBTI® and Strong Interest Inventory® tools and is a type enthusiast.

Karen Gonzalez is an ENFJ who has been certified in both the Myers-Briggs® (MBTI®) and Strong Interest Inventory® assessments. Karen has pioneered the CPP Education and CPP Government marketing initiatives and social media efforts on Facebook, Twitter, and the Education blog. She is both the editor of CPP’s Career Insider newsletter and coordinator of CPP’s Education Ask an Expert webinar series featuring CPP author Judi Grutter.

Leah Walling is an INTJ and is CPP’s Director of Marketing Communications and Product Marketing for the FIRO® assessment. You may know Leah through her communications on CPP’s Facebook MBTI Fanpage and Twitter pages (@thembti and @cppinc), where she posts information, tips, advice, and insights about the MBTI tool and many of CPP’s other tools - CPI 260®, TKI, FIRO, and Strong assessments.

Alex Gammelgard is an ENTP who is passionate about writing, psychological development, and positive communication. She managed the ICON Success Website and newsletter from January 2009 - May 2010.
