Sherrie is an Atlanta based ENTJ who loves brainstorming with others to solve real-time business challenges, and helping teams and individuals improve their performance. Sherrie’s many areas of expertise include creative design, facilitation of organizational development initiatives, leadership development, coaching, and teambuilding interventions.

Becky Sandifer: Texas

Native Texan Becky Sandifer lives in the Austin area and travels from the Hill Country to all areas of Texas. Her natural ENFP personality aligns with her joy in helping others achieve their goals. She loves to talk with friendly people, sharing ideas and making connections. Her human resources and training background along with her experience in working with CPP’s assessments are beneficial for those interested in building a client base and creating programs in the area of leadership, conflict management, and team building.
Terri Lipson: Mid Atlantic Region
Terri Lipson, an ESTJ, is based in Northern Virginia, and is an active participant in the Washington, D.C. SHRM chapters along with other HR organizations in and out of the area. She loves helping newly certified practitioners begin developing and offering creative solutions and workshop development plans to their customers. Terri specializes in helping clients find the best CPP assessment that fits their needs and has a special interest in team building and leadership development.

Debbie Levine: New England Region
Debbie, a New England-based ESTJ, has enjoyed working for CPP for over three years providing training solutions to her large client base. Debbie loves the enthusiasm that her clients have for CPP assessments as well as the creativity and expertise they bring to the ICON Success Network. Debbie brings her expertise to help clients integrate CPP assessments into their organizational development initiatives.

Kevin O’Brien: Multistate Region
Kevin is CPP’s Multistate Regional Consultant and is based out of Washington, DC. He is an enterprising ENTP who loves to put his problem solving skills to work helping his clients succeed. Kevin is MBTI Certified, and uses his knowledge and experience to support clients using CPP assessments and services. Prior to his role with CPP, Kevin worked for IBM helping clients implement large data warehousing solutions.

Pamela Valencia: West Region
Pamela is a Washington State based ENFP who loves helping her clients innovate and succeed. As a former Vice President of Learning and Development, Pamela has lots of experience with leadership development, team productivity and organizational development. Pamela is certified in a variety of programs, and has worked closely with CAPE Examiners and Six Sigma processes; notably, she was responsible for developing a Learning and Development department from scratch.

John Hagan: East Region
John is a New Jersey based ENTP who excels at solving problems. He enjoys working closely with clients to help them discover assets they may have overlooked and find new applications for resources they already have. Much of his experience has been focused on successful Change Management; that is, building awareness of the need for change, gaining commitment from those who are affected, and creating comprehensive strategies to make the processes efficient and sustainable. jhagan@cpp.com
Michelle J. Johnston, M.S.: Mid West Region
Michelle Johnston (ENFJ) is an experienced Industrial and Organizational Consultant with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, currently completing her Ph.D in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Michelle’s career has afforded her the opportunity to work in both internal and external consulting roles nationally and internationally, developing expertise in executive coaching, individual and organizational assessment, selection, training and development, work force planning and talent management.
